Police Commission Special Meeting 9/9/2010 BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES Thursday, September 9, 2010 Police Department Conference Room MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioner's Glen Morron, John Jones, and Don Phillips Call to Order - Commissioner Morron called the meeting to order at 6:55p.m. Commissioner Jones MOTIONED to go into executive session to conduct interviews with (2) certified Police Officer applicants to fill one vacant position with the Colchester Police Department. SECONDED by Commissioner Phillips. MOTION CARRIED. The Board of Police Commissioners came out of executive session at 8:50p.m. Commissioner Phillips MOTIONED that the certified applicant, Kristen DiMauro, continue through the hiring process to fill the open vacancy with the Colchester Police Department. SECONDED by Commissioner Jones. MOTION CARRIED. Commissioner Jones MOTIONED to adjourn at 8:55p.m. SECONDED by Commissioner Phillips. MOTION CARRIED.
