MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioner's Glen Morron, Rob Parlee and Don Philips

OTHERS PRESENT: First Selectman Gregg Schuster and Board of Selectman
Liaison Stan Soby
Call to Order - Commissioner Morron called the meeting to order at
5:33p.m.
1. Review and Possible Action on Hiring Policy - Commissioner Philips
MOTIONED to accept the policy as presented. SECONDED by Commissioner
Parlee. MOTION CARRIED.
2. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Commission Operating Policy
- Commissioner Parlee MOTIONED to accept the policy as presented.
Commissioner Philips asked if we were voting to accept the policy or to
approve of its moving to the Board of Selectman. Commissioner Morron
stated that the Commission was voting to approve of the policy being
presented to the Board of Selectman. Commissioner Parlee AMENDED his
initial motion. Commissioner Parlee MOTIONED that the Commission
approve the operating policy as presented so that it can go before the
Board of Selectman. SECONDED by Commissioner Philips. MOTION CARRIED.
3. Adjourn - Commissioner Parlee MOTIONED to adjourn at 5:41p.m.
SECONDED by Commissioner Philips. MOTION CARRIED.
