Police Commission Special Meeting Minutes 7/2/2010 BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES Thursday, July 2, 2010 Police Department Conference Room MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioner's Glen Morron, John Jones, and Don Philips, and Rob Parlee Call to Order - Commissioner Morron called the meeting to order at 5:50p.m. Commissioner Philips MOTIONED to go into executive session to conduct interviews with police officer applicants to fill two vacant positions with the Colchester Police Department. SECONDED by Commissioner Jones. MOTION CARRIED. The Board of Police Commissioners came out of executive session at 8:50p.m. Commissioner Philips MOTIONED that applicants Jonathan Goss, Craig Scheel, and Andrew Burns continue through the hiring process to fill the two vacancies with the Colchester Police Department. SECONDED by Commissioner Parlee. MOTION CARRIED. Commissioner Jones MOTIONED to adjourn. SECONDED by Commissioner Philips. MOTION CARRIED.
