Police Commission Special Meeting Minutes July 1, 2010 BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES Thursday, July 1, 2010 Police Department Conference Room MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioner's Glen Morron, John Jones, and Don Philips, and Rob Parlee Call to Order - Commissioner Morron called the meeting to order at 5:55p.m. Commissioner Jones MOTIONED to go into executive session to conduct interviews with police officer applicants to fill two vacant positions with the Colchester Police Department. SECONDED by Commissioner Parlee. MOTION CARRIED. The Board of Police Commissioners came out of executive session at 9:10p.m. Commissioner Philips MOTIONED to adjourn. SECONDED by Commissioner Philips. MOTION CARRIED. Call to Order - Commissioner Morron called the meeting to order at
5:55p.m.

Commissioner Jones MOTIONED to go into executive session to conduct
interviews with police officer applicants to fill two vacant positions
with the Colchester Police Department. SECONDED by Commissioner Parlee.
MOTION CARRIED.

The Board of Police Commissioners came out of executive session at
