Art Standish called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM
John Jones made a motion to go into an executive session to discuss
possible violation(s) of "Colchester Police Commission By-laws" and
"Rules of Procedures" by Commissioner Bill Otfinoski regarding police
contract negotiations and invited Selectman Stan Soby and Selectman
Rosemary Coyle to attend.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Glen Morron and passed
unanimously.
The Board of Police Commissioners came out of executive session at 6:30
PM.
John Jones made a motion that the issues involving Chairman Otfinoski be
sent to the Ethics Commission for review and possible further action.
Chairman Otfinoski was asked to step down temporarily from the Chairman
position until the issues in questions are resolved by the Ethics
Commission
The motion was seconded by Glen Morron and passed unanimously.
Chairman Otfinoski voluntarily stepped down temporarily from his
Chairman position until the issues are resolved by the Ethics
Commission.
At 6:45 John Jones made a motion to adjourn. Glen Morron seconded the
motion which passed unanimously.
