Purpose:: To appoint 2013 Officers, Engineers, and Committee members.

Motion to Enter Executive Session: 8:05 am. Motion by DC Lee, Seconded by 1st AC McKenna
Motion to continue meeting 1:30 pm: by DC Lee, seconded by 2ndt AC Guidice.
Motion made by DC Lee to accept Committee appointments as printed, seconded by 1st AC McKenna.
