MINUTES
Members Present: Thomas Tyler, Joseph Ruiz, Irene Malsbenden, Joseph DeLucia, Paul Picard, Pam Scheibelein, Anthony Tarnowski
Members Absent: None
Others Present: Director of Facilities Ken Jackson, Board of Education Liaison Brad Bernier, Board of Finance Liaison Art Shilosky, Board of Education Chairman Ron Goldstein, Citizen Tamara Dimitri
1. Call to order: Chairman Tyler called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Additions to Agenda: None
3. Citizens Comments: None
a) Discussion of Correspondence Received: None
4. Approval of Minutes
April 11, 2013: J. Ruiz motioned to approve the minutes of the April 11, 2013, seconded by
I. Malsbenden. Vote was unanimous with A. Tarnowski abstaining. MOTION CARRIED.
5. Architect and Discussion of Project:
* Committee is waiting to meet with Board of Selectmen, Board of Finance, and Board of Education in a tri-board meeting. No date has been set.
* A final report from Tecton has not been received as of yet.
* Based on the time frame given by CFO, Maggie Cosgrove, even if the project was to be approved, it could not go to referendum before the June 30th state submission cutoff date.
* Members are growing frustrated with the stagnant state of the project.
6. Payment of Bills:

Tecton 33164 $6,250.00
J. DeLucia motion to approve the bill as presented, seconded by P. Picard.
Vote was unanimous. MOTION CARRIED.
7. Citizen Comments: Tamara Dimitri spoke of the support for the project.
8. Adjournment: J. Ruiz motioned to adjourn, seconded by P. Scheibelein. Vote was
Unanimous. MOTION CARRIED. Chairman Tyler adjourned the meeting at 7:47 p.m.
