6. Planning for Public Presentation: :  Members will be available for questions at the following events:
CES Open House – September 19 & 20th    7:00 – 9:00

      57 Fest – September 22nd     4:00 – 8:00
Pumpkin and Pooches – October 7
The committee discussed these presentations.  It was decided that a tri-fold handout would be developed by Tecton and Greg Plunkett.  Information about the project should be placed on the Town’s website and an email address should be included where community members can ask questions and submit comments for the committee to consider.  Since our next meeting is scheduled for the 13th of September the same night as an open house we will not meet again until the 27th.  Materials to be used at the presentations will be sent to the committee before they are used and comments should be sent to Greg Plunkett.  Chairman Tyler suggested that the whole committee should try to be at the open houses but he realized that conflicts might prevent all members from attending every open house.
