MINUTES
Members Present: Thomas Tyler, Anthony Tarnowski, Irene Malsbenden, Pam Scheibelein, Joseph DeLucia (attended by phone), Paul Picard (8:17p.m)
Members Absent: Joseph Ruiz
Others Present: Tecton Architect associates Marco Tommasini, Director of Facilities Greg Plunkett,
1. Call to order: Chairman Tyler called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.
2. Additions to Agenda: None
3. Citizens Comments: None
4. Approval of Minutes
* July 26, 2012: P. Scheibelein motioned to approve the minutes of the July 26, 2012 meeting amending to show correct date of July 26, 2012, seconded by A. Tarnowski. All members voted in favor. MOTION CARRIED.
5. Architect Report: M. Tommasini presented conceptual study draft report. The presentation gave a clear overview of what portions of the current WJJMS would be renovated, what would need to be demolished and new 3 story addition. Members will further review the draft for discussion at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
* P. Picard arrived during the report.
6. Review and Possible Changes to Timeline: Members will be available for questions at open
houses of all schools to answer to gain feedback from the community and answer questions.
A booth for the committee has been secured at the 57 Fest on Sept 22nd and Pumpkins and
Pooches in October.
7. Payment of Bills: None
8. Citizens Comments: None
9. Adjournment: P. Picard motioned to adjourn, seconded by P. Scheibelein. Vote was unanimous. MOTION CARRIED. Chairman Tyler adjourned the meeting at 9:08 p.m.
