MINUTES
Members Present: Thomas Tyler, Anthony Tarnowski, Joseph DeLucia, Joseph Ruiz, Paul Picard
Members Absent: Pam Scheibelein
Others Present: Director of Facilities Greg Plunkett, Senior Center Director Patti White, Board of Education Liaison Brad Bernier
1. Call to order: Chairman Tyler called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.
2. Citizens Comments: None
3. Finalize questions for Architect interview process: Questions to be asked to interviewing architects were finalized. Positives and negatives of architects were discussed. Architects must recognize that while the school is the largest portion of the project the Senior Center is of the utmost importance.
After the interview process members will discuss at the February 9, 2012 meeting and aim to make recommendation to award bid that evening.
4. Citizens Comments: P. White said four gentlemen from Tecton had visited the Senior Center and clarified with Committee what experience the architect has.
5. Adjournment: A. Tarnowski motioned to adjourn, seconded by J. Ruiz. Vote was unanimous. MOTION CARRIED. Chairman Tyler adjourned the meeting at 8:30 p.m.
