FINAL
Present for the Board of Appeals and attending the meeting were: Peter Knight, Chairman, Wendy Weldon, Barbara Armstrong, Frank LoRusso, Chris Murphy, Russell Maloney and Chuck Hodgkinson. Also attending were Roland Kluver and Eileen Johanessen. Allison Burger was absent.
Mr. Knight opened the meeting at 5:00 PM and explained the purpose of the meeting is to review and approve the final written decision as requested in the Court’s Second Remand Order (revised) dated February 4, 2010 regarding the Sacks pool special permit appeal.
Chuck H. distributed a draft written decision. After review a motion was made to approve the written decision dated March 3, 2010. The motion was seconded. With no additional discussion the motion passed unanimously with five in favor. Mr. Knight subsequently signed the decision.
Chuck H. distributed an outline of the March 18th ZBA agenda and the site visits scheduled for March 10 and March 17.
With no further business to conduct a motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 5:30 PM. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved.
