The lot is approximately 1.22-acres. The applicants will lease the property from the Town of Chilmark for a 99-year term. |

Solar panels will be installed on the house and/or garage to offset the power used by the pool equipment. The project is within the Middle Road Roadside District. |

DISCUSSION KRISTEN REIMANN FOR KEGAN-WOLF; 127 State Rd.; Map 33 Lot 15: A Special Permit was issued to renovate this house on August 27, 2014. Review required changes to the approved landscape plan that are needed due to archaeological discoveries on the site. Determine if the changes are inconsequential or significant. |
