There are no plans for a pool water heater at this time. The work is proposed for the property located at 113 Hammett Road; Assessors Map 4 Lot 6. |

DISCUSSION LYNNE FIFIELD FOR TONY SHALHOUB & BROOKE ADAMS; Article 4 Section 4.2A1; 205 South Road; Map 25 Lots 107, 108.2: A Special Permit was granted for a 766 sq. ft. guesthouse on October 23, 2013. An existing detached bedroom was converted to a guesthouse by adding a kitchen. Lynne would like to review a proposed change to the kitchen and total area of the guesthouse. The Board will need to determine whether or not the change is inconsequential or, requires the hearing to be re-opened. See the Site Review Committee report on the change dated 9/10/14. |
