5:10 PM:  PUBLIC HEARING GEORGE SOURATI FOR JAMES B. ZUCKERNIK; TRUSTEE; Article 4 Section 4.2A3 and Article 6 Section 6.6; 42 State Rd.; Map 30 Lot 47:  Construct an in-ground swimming pool with the required four-foot high safety pool fencing in a location that does not meet the minimum required setback distance from the lot lines.  The pool will not have an auxiliary water heater.  The pool equipment will be housed in an underground, sound-proof equipment vault.

5:20 PM:  PUBLIC HEARING CHRIS ALLEY FOR STEPHEN MORMORIS; Article 4 Section 4.2A3; 33 Quenames Rd.; Map 11 Lot 56:  Construct a 16’ X 40’ in-ground swimming pool with the required four-foot high safety fencing in a location that meets the minimum 50-foot setback distance from the lot lines.  The pool equipment will be housed in a sound-insulated shed.  The pool water will not have an auxiliary heating system.
