5:00 PM:  DISCUSSION KRIS HORIUCHI FOR CHILMARK HOUSE LLC (DAVIES) POOL SPECIAL PERMIT; 12 Stone Ridge; Map 25 Lot 135:  Review proposed change to the four-foot high fencing design.

5:05 PM:  DISCUSSION GENO MAZZAFERRO FOR LESLIE PROSTERMAN; Article 11 Section 11.6A2(i)a; 19 Eliot Ave; Map 33 Lot 154:  Discuss changes to an approved special permit for an addition to the main house in an area that is regulated as a shore zone.

5:10 PM:  CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING MICHAEL BARCLAY FOR PATRICK LYONS; Article 4 Section 4.2A1; 57 Wequobsque Road; Map 30 Lot 116.2:  Construct a detached 800 sq. ft. guesthouse in a location that meets the minimum 50-foot setback distance from the lot lines.  The roof ridge height will not exceed 24 feet above mean natural grade.

Also, discuss proposed new location for the approved built-in swimming pool.

5:25 PM:  CONTINUED HEARING LEV WLODYKA AND JEN JAMGOCHIAN; Article 6 Section 6.9; Map 13 Lot 43.3; # 4 Beech Grove:  Create a buildable homesite lot in the Town’s Middle Line Road Community Housing Program for a 1.21-acre parcel.  The proposed house location will meet the minimum 50-foot setback distance from the lot lines of Assessors Map 13 Lot 43.3 and comply with all the special conditions as outlined in the Martha’s Vineyard Commission decision for DRI 597-M.   

If approved, this replaces and nullifies the Special Permit issued to Lev Wlodyka on             August 18, 2009 for a Youth Lot under Article 6 Section 6.4; Map 13 Lot 7. (Frank, Wendy, Allison, Russell, Chris are eligible voters)

5:30 PM:  PUBLIC HEARING TOM CARBERRY FOR ALLAN ARFFA AND KAY MATSCHULLT; Article 8 Section 8.3; 34 Flanders Lane; Map 26 Lot 28:  Expand a pre-existing, non-conforming structure on a 2.4-acre non-conforming lot.  Two bedrooms will be added to the main house in a location that meets the minimum setback distance from the lot lines.  The roof ridge height will not exceed 24 feet above mean natural grade.  Also need Board of Health approval.
