Committee Chair Warren Doty called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.

Committee Chair Warren Doty, Committee Member Jim Newman, Committee Member Cynthia Mitchell, Chief Retmier
- Fiscal year 2020 Budget Review
Chief Retmier reviewed the budget worksheet with the TTA Committee members.
At the request of Committee Chair Doty, Chief Retmier explained what the term Holiday Pay means.
Committee Member Cindy Mitchell motioned to approve the budget as presented.
Committee Member Jim Newman seconded the motion.
The motion passed unanimously.
- Review of Reserve Receipt Fund Balance
Chief Retmier shared that the reserve receipt fund has approximately $130,000.00.
Chief Retmier expressed his desire to purchase AEDs from this fund in lieu of placing cost onto warrant articles. The Committee agrees that this is what the reserve receipt fund is for, expenses such as this. Chief Retmier advised that he will have the numbers for purchasing the AED’s at the January meeting.
The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 8th, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the West Tisbury Fire Station on State Road, West Tisbury.
Committee member Jim Newman motioned to adjourn the meeting at 12:19 pm and Committee member Cynthia Mitchell seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
