Committee Chair Warren Doty called the meeting to order at 12:03 p.m.

- Approval of Meeting Minutes
Committee Member Jim Newman motioned to approve the November 7th, 2018 meeting minutes as written. Committee member Cynthia Mitchell seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Committee Chair Warren Doty shared that a purchase and sale agreement was signed for the Carroll Property and will go to town meeting for a vote on April 22, 2019. A 2/3 vote will be needed to go forward with building an ambulance barn/facility. Committee Chair Warren Doty indicated that the believed the Town of Chilmark would maintain ownership of the land and that if the vote passes in April, a discussion will be had regarding cost sharing of the facility.
Chief Retmier shared that A-90 is off island at Bulldog for maintenance and repairs.
Chief Retmier shared that he was working with Dr. Kasper/DPH OEMS and working on a roll out of Community Paramedicine. Some of the areas the medics would touch upon in the Tri-Town Community are things such as: Fall assessments, repeat vitals, medication review, flu vaccinations, and more. Chief Retmier is hopeful that they may be able to move forward in this model possibly as soon as January of 2019.

Chief Retmier shared that from September 4th thru December 4th, Tri-Town Ambulance had a total of 82 incidents. Last year for this same period, Tri-Town had 89 incidents.
The year to date total thus far for 2018 is 351. The year to date total for the same time period in 2017 was 401.
Chief Retmier is waiting for several numbers and this agenda item will be postponed until next week.
Chief Retmier hasn’t received the information yet from Chilmark. This agenda item will be postponed until next week.
Chief Retmier stated that he will have an EMT stationed in Aquinnah each day and that a full-time paramedic will be there by approximately 1:00 pm each day.
Administrative Assistant Allison Graczykowski shared that collections continue to go well.
The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 11th 2018 at 12:00 pm at the West Tisbury Fire Station on State Road, West Tisbury.
Committee member Jim Newman motioned to adjourn the meeting at 12:47 pm and Committee member Cynthia Mitchell seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
