The meeting was called to order by Committee Chair Warren Doty at 12:04 p.m.

- Approval of Meeting Minutes
Committee Member Jim Newman motioned to approve the June 6, 2018 meeting minutes as written. Committee Chair Warren Doty seconded the motion. Committee Member Cynthia Mitchell abstained as she was not present at the June 6th meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

- TTA Chief report
- Three Month Review
Chief Retmier shared that from April 11th – July 11th, Tri-Town Ambulance had a total of 95 calls. Last year for this same period, Tri-Town had 132 calls.
The year to date total thus far for 2018 is 165. The year to date total for the same time period in 2017 was 201.
Allison Graczykowski shared that the Certified Public Expenditure Funds have been released and that TTA received $11,169.00 which is approximately $4,000.00 more than last year.
Alpha 90 was placed in service on Monday July 9th and is housed in Aquinnah.
Administrative Assistant Allison Graczykowski shared that collections continue to go well.
The next meeting will be held on September 5, 2018 at 12:00 pm at the West Tisbury Fire Station on State Road, West Tisbury.
Committee member Jim Newman motioned to adjourn the meeting at 12:26pm and Committee Chair Warren Doty seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
