The meeting was called to order by Committee Chair Warren Doty at 12:03 p.m.

- Approval of Meeting Minutes
Committee Member Jim Newman motioned to approve the April 11th, 2018 meeting minutes as written. Committee Member Cynthia Mitchell seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Committee Chair Warren Doty provided a brief update regarding the building site for the proposed fire/ems station, advising that the consultant proposal was inadequate and that there is a meeting with the consultant in the afternoon.

Chief Retmier reported that the numbers remain consistent with last years.
Stretcher – Declare as Surplus
Committee member Cynthia Mitchell motioned to declare the stretchers as surplus. Committee member Jim Newman seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Alpha-90
Committee member Cynthia Mitchell motioned to declare the 2002 Ambulance Alpha 90, as surplus, noting that Town of Chilmark will work with the tribe to determine what happens with the surplus vehicle. Committee member Jim Newman seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Administrative Assistant Allison Graczykowski shared that collections continue to go well.
The next meeting will be held on June 6, 2018 at 12:00 pm at the West Tisbury Fire Station on State Road, West Tisbury.
Committee member Jim Newman motioned to adjourn the meeting at 12:34pm and Committee member Cindy Mitchell seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
