The meeting was called to order by Committee Chair Warren Doty at 12:04 p.m.

- Approval of March 7, 2018 Meeting Minutes
Committee Member Jim Newman motioned to approve the March 7th, 2018 meeting minutes as written. Committee Member Cynthia Mitchell seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Chief Retmier provided a brief update regarding the new ambulance. Chief Retmier shared that the vehicle is 225 pounds over the gross vehicle weight restriction and that he and Deputy Chief Montanile are working on resolving that.
Committee Chair Warren Doty offered that he and Chief Retmier would go to the Chilmark Ambulance Barn and review the environment report together. They agreed to meet April 17th at 9:00 am.

Chief Retmier shared that from January 11th to April 11, Tri-Town Ambulance had a total of 67 calls. Last year for this same period, Tri-Town had 63 calls.
The year to date total thus far for 2018 is 70. The year to date total for the same time period in 2017 was 70.
Administrative Assistant Allison Graczykowski shared that collections continue to go well.
The next meeting will be held on May 2, 2018 at 12:00 pm at the West Tisbury Fire Station on State Road, West Tisbury.
Committee member Jim Newman motioned to adjourn the meeting at 12:27pm and Committee member Cindy Mitchell seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
