The meeting was called to order by Committee Chair Warren Doty at 12:00 p.m.

- Approval of December 13, 2017 Meeting Minutes
Committee Member Cindy Mitchell motioned to pass December 13, 2017 meeting minutes as written. Committee Member Jim Newman seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

- TTA Chief report
- Three Month Review
Deputy Chief Montanile shared that in the last calendar year Tri-Town Ambulance had 417 incidents. That is 27 more incidents than in 2016.
- Building Committee Updates
Committee Chair Warren Doty shared that Town of Chilmark is moving toward making a decision on a firehouse. There were two options presented to the Fire Department at the previous nights meeting. Warren shared that the department favored the second option and showed the TTA Committee two drawings. Warren states that it was suggested that the North Road Fire Station be converted to an EMT Station. Warren offered that he will check to see if this property can be added on to.
Administrative Assistant Allison Graczykowski shared that collections continue to go well.
Administrative Assistant Allison Graczykowski shared the new ambulance rate increases that were placed into effect on January 1, 2018. As in prior years, the increases were determined based on a Comstar analysis of their top 50 clients and the fees they charge.
The next meeting will be held on February 7, 2018 at 12:00 pm at the West Tisbury Fire Station on State Road, West Tisbury.
Committee member Jim Newman motioned to adjourn the meeting at 12:30pm and Cindy Mitchell committee member seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
