Tom Carberry for Rich and Ellen Muglia; 0 Blue Barque Rd.; Map 17 Lot 38.2: This is a follow up to the May 24 meeting. The owners have developed the abutting lot and would like to build a home and accessory building on this vacant 3.1-acre parcel. The Planning Board is reviewing a proposed Form C subdivision to change the lot lines. Tom would like to have your assessment of the planned single-family residence with a 24-foot roof ridge and an out building that is planned to have a 28 ft. high roof ridge. The project is in the South Road Roadside District. |

Joan Hughes for Margaret Waitzkin; 6 Ocean View Farm Rd.; Map 25 Lot 113: Renovate and expand and existing house built in 1969 on a 2.8-acre parcel. The current house has approximately 1,004 sq. ft. of space. The new plan will have approximately 2,100 sq. ft. of space. The septic system will also be upgraded to a Title V system. The project is in the South Road Roadside District. |
