Site Visit @ 2:30 PM: Robert Fuller for Bob and Diana Vila; 183 State Rd.; Map 33 Lot 115: Install our solar arrays in a location that meets the 50-foot setback distance from the east lot line. The maximum height will be less than 18 feet above mean natural grade. The project is not in the Conservation Commission’s jurisdiction. The project is in the State Rd. Roadside District. |

Tom Curran; 5 Dirt Rd.; Map 20 Lot 14 (Basil Welch’s house): This is a follow up to the 9/30/15 report that declared the lot as wooded terrain. Tom was aksed to return to review the house renovation plans. The project is in the North Rd. Roadside District. |

Patrick Lindsey and Mark Hurwitz; 365 Middle Rd.; Map 26 Lot 84: This is a follow up to the 3/9/16 report to review a change to the foundation renovation. Granite stone will not be used and barn boards are proposed for the foundation repairs. The project is in the Middle Rd. Roadside District. |
