Rex Williams; 410 North Rd.; Map 20 Lot 57: Build a 14’ X 12’ “tea house” with a small covered deck that will be used as a painting studio on a 1.2-acre parcel. The location meets the minimum setback distance from the lot lines. The roof ridge will be approximately 16.5 feet above grade. The structure will not have plumbing or electricity and does not meet the definition of a detached bedroom (Zoning) or a bedroom (BOH). The project is in the North Road Roadside District. |
