Meeting

1.	Town of Chilmark; off Ridge Hill and South Roads; Map 11 Lots 46.2 and 46.4: Determine if each lot is open or wooded terrain and establish the maximum roof ridge heights for the house locations. These are two of the four Nab’s Corner Homesite lots and are in the South Road Roadside District. The house locations on the other two lots (46 and 46.1) are outside the 500-ft. Roadside District. There is a small building envelope on Lot 46 that is in the Roadside District. It may accommodate a small building such as a garage.
