George Sourati for Robert Kegan and Barbara Wolf; 127 State Rd.; Map 33 Lot 15: Renovate the existing single-family residence, create a new parking area and build an addition in the shore zone of Quitsa Pond. The Conservation Commission has approved the plan with conditions. The ZBA will hear the application July 24. The Board of Health will need to confirm the bedroom count. |

Sergio Modigliana for Donald Leopold; 11 South Ridge Road; Map 18 Lot 37: Build a 798 sq. ft. 2-bedroom guesthouse in a location that meets the minimum 50-foot setback distance from the lot lines. The project is in the Meetinghouse Road and Tiasquam River District. It is scheduled for the July 23 ZBA meeting. The Board of Health must also approve the septic plan. |

Reid Silva for Graeme Flanders (North Start Realty Trust); 4 Tucker Trail; Map 33 Lot 55: Demolish the existing house and build a new dwelling. Buried utility lines will also be brought to the site and neighboring properties. The project is in the Nashaquitsa Pond Coastal District. The current house is in the 100-foot shore zone. The new house will be outside the shore zone. The Conservation Commission has approved the utilities installation and demolition. The Board of Health will need to approve the floor plan and septic capacity. |
