Review changes to the approved plan. The ZBA will re-open the hearing on May 28 to amend the Special Permit. The work is in the Chilmark Pond Coastal District. |

Ben Robinson for Mollie Doyle; 49 North Road; Map 3 Lot 60: 1. Re-shingle walls, roof and re-trim barn and yoga studio. 2. Re-paint all windows, add new gutters as needed. 3. Add clerestory windows to the barn, add new door on the back side. 4. Remove bike & garden shed. Re-build with slightly altered footprint. The new shed will be 2 feet higher and be 44 sq. ft. larger. The work is in the North Road Roadside District. |
