Review the details of a proposed addition for the relocated house that was moved outside the 100-foot buffer zone of the eroding coastal bank. The project has been issued a permit by the Conservation Commission. The work is in the Atlantic Ocean Coastal District. |

The structure may also become a detached bedroom. Also determine the roof ridge height for the new structure -- is the site open or wooded terrain? The work is in the South Road Roadside District. |
