Follow up from May 8th meeting: Bruce MacNelly for Fred Khedouri; 14 Yardarm Lane; Map 24 Lot 227: Review the updated plans to tear down and re-build a pre-existing, non-conforming 3-bedroom house that does not meet the minimum setback distance from the lot line. The new house will reduce the non-conformity but still not meet the setback requirement. The ZBA hearing for this project was continued to tonight (July 24th) to provide time to respond to a few comments from the neighbors. The work is in the Chilmark Pond Coastal District. |
