Bruce MacNelly for Fred Khedouri; 14 Yardarm Lane; Map 24 Lot 227: Fred recently purchased the property. The is a preliminary design review for a tear down and re-build of the small pre-existing, non-conforming house that does not meet the minimum setback distance from the lot line. The proposed new house will reduce the non-conformity but still not meet the minimum setback distance from the lot line. The project is in the Chilmark Pond Coastal District. |

Slightly change the building footprint to the east—farther away from the wetland and wetland buffer zone. The project is in the Squibnocket Pond District. |
