Joan Malkin; 10 Tilton Cove Way; Map 25 Lots 124, 125: Build a pre-fabricated 8’ X 12’ greenhouse that will be less than the minimum 50-foot setback distance from the lot line and in an area that is regulated as a zoning shore zone as it is in the 100-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland that drains into a coastal pond. This is on the April 24th ZBA agenda and April 17th ConCom agenda. The work is in the Chilmark Pond Coastal District and possibly the South Road Roadside District. |
