GINO MAZZAFERRO FOR CELESTE WETHERELL; 31 Spruce Gate Rd.; Map 35 Lot 1.13: The Squibnocket Pond District Advisory Committee will also attend. Build a detached 2-bedroom structure in a location that meets the minimum 50-foot setback distance from the lot lines and is outside the 100-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The roof ridge height will be lower than 18 feet above mean natural grade. The Board of Health and Squibnocket Architectural Review Committee have approved the project. |
