BILLY MEEGAN FOR COLA PARKER; 11 Heath Hen Way; Map 18 Lot 51:  The applicant met with the Site Review Committee on July 22, 2009 to review a plan to demolish the existing house and build a new house, a detached bunkhouse with bath and a detached bedroom in the South Road Roadside District.   The Board of Health has determined there are a total of six bedrooms in the proposal.

None of the work has been done.  The applicant would like to review the plan to build the detached bunkhouse with bath.  The work is in the South Road Roadside District.
