GEORGE SOURATI FOR ALEX MACDONALD; 2 Lagemann Lane; Map 30 Lot 45: Close the entrance off State Rd. onto Lagemann Lane. Widen the entrance from State Road to Wequobsque Lane. This wider entrance will eventually connect with Lagemann Lane to Todd and Jen Christy’s lot. Mass. Highway Dept. must approve the wider entrance onto State Rd. No Town permits are required. See Article 11 Section 11.6C.d. of ZBA Bylaws – Roadways and curb cuts in Roadside Districts. |
