GEORGE SOURATI FOR JAMES ZUCKERNIK, TRUSTEE; 42 State Rd.; Map 30 Lot 47: The ZBA continued the hearing for this swimming pool special permit to May 25 so the applicant can review design changes to the proposed built-in swimming pool with the Site Review Committee and the neighbors. The project does not meet the minimum set back distances from the lot lines and is in the State Rd. Roadside District. See Site Review Committee Report dated 1/13/11. |
