REID SILVA FOR DAVID FEINBERG: 10 Allen Farm Rd.; Map 25 Lot 20.11: Make a site visit to determine if the lot is wooded or open terrain. Evaluate the 19’ 4” roof ridge height of the existing barn to see if it is adequately screened from South Road. If not, it will need to be lowered to 18 feet above grade because of a proposed change in use. |
