Chilmark Board of Selectmen December 12, 2017 Meeting Minutes
Present: Chairman Bill Rossi, Warren Doty, James Malkin and Tim Carroll.
At 10:00 AM Chairman Rossi called meeting to order in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room.
Mr. Doty motioned to move into Executive Session to discuss Town Administrator Contract. Mr. Malkin seconded the motion. Roll Call: Bill Rossi: Aye, James Malkin: Aye, Warren Doty: Aye.
Tim Carroll was also present.
- All present reviewed contract changes since the last meeting.
- Mr. Doty was designated the Selectmen to meet with Tim Carroll to go over changes to contract.
- Was decided to consult Labor Council about section VI A concerning 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM hours.
- Memo of Understanding / professional office organization was discussed.
- Finalization of contract to be completed a week from now.
At 10:50 AM with no further items for discussion Mr. Doty moved to adjourn. Mr. Malkin seconded the motion. SO VOTED: 3 Ayes
