Chilmark Board of Selectmen Executive Session Minutes 11/21/17

Present: Chairman Bill Rossi, James Malkin and Warren Doty.
Selectmen reviewed the proposed contract for the town’s Executive Secretary. Discussion ensued. Selectmen Malkin proposed additional terms and conditions to the contract that will be renegotiated with the Executive Secretary.
At 6:22 PM with no need for further discussion Mr. Doty moved to adjourn. Mr. Malkin seconded the motion. SO VOTED: 3 Ayes
