Chilmark Board of Selectmen May 4, 2012 Meeting Minutes
Present: Chairman Jonathan Mayhew, Warren Doty, Bill Rossi, Tim Carroll, Remy Tumin,
Jim Hickey, Clarissa Allen, Lisa Randall, John Flender, Dick Smith, Ginny Jones,
Clark Goff, Jane Slater, Chuck Hodgkinson.
At 5:03 pm Chairman Mayhew reconvened the May 1, 2012 meeting. May 3, 2012 Applicant Alan Healy withdrew his application; there are two applications to vote on tonight.
Chairman Mayhew passed out paper cards with each of the voting members on a card and a choice of either Krishanna Collins or Rusty Gordon and Sarah Crittenden. Chairman Mayhew asked that each member read out loud their choice. 3 votes were for Gordon and Crittenden and 5 votes for Collins.
Mr. Doty moved to have a unanimous consent for Krishanna Collins. Chairman Mayhew seconded the motion SO VOTED: 8 Ayes
Mr. Hodgkinson said the paperwork should take approximately 1 month to complete.
The consensus was to call the applicants now and let them know the outcome of the vote because the newspaper reporters plan on posting these results tonight. Chuck Hodgkinson went to call both parties.
Chairman Mayhew moved to adjourn. Mr. Doty seconded the motion. SO VOTED: 8 Ayes
