Town of Chilmark Board of Selectmen February 9, 2011 Meeting Minutes
Present: Warren Doty, Frank Fenner, Tim Carroll, Brain Cioffi, Randhi Belain, Diana DeBlase, Josh Scott.
Warren Doty called meeting to order at 5:45 pm in the Selectmen’s meeting room.
Tri Town Ambulance Committee:
A special meeting held Monday February 7, 2011 by the tri town ambulance committee had a result of Bob Bellinger the deputy chief submitting a letter of resignation. He remains available to work as a paramedic for per diem shifts, per discretion of the tri town ambulance committee.
Mr. Fenner moved to accept letter of resignation from Bob Bellinger. Mr. Doty seconded the motion. SO VOTED: 2 Ayes
Josh and Lindsey Scott Mortgage:
Mr. Scott is refinancing his mortgage to receive a lower rate. There are mortgage discharge papers along with the subordination agreement and first amendment deed rider papers to have the selectmen approve and sign. He will pay off mortgage to the town with this process.
Mr. Fenner would like to make sure that with this refinance that they are still following the requirements for the affordable housing lot.
Mr. Fenner moves to approve refinance pending this would not take it out of affordable housing pool per our town regulations. Mr. Doty moved to second the motion. SO VOTED: 2 Ayes
