Findings and recommendations: The proposed construction will have a minimal impact on the Roadside District. The applicant will need to meet with the Board of Health (BOH) to determine the water flow of the wet bar. If the wet bar is eliminated, the applicant will not need to meet with the BOH but, will be required to send a letter to the Board of Health confirming this change. The applicant will also need a Building Permit.
