Notice is hereby given that the Chilmark Board of Selectmen will hold a Regular Meeting for the following purpose(s):

MEETING CALLED TO ORDER Selectmen's Meeting Room, Town Hall, 401 Middle Road

1. Approval of Minutes of the Board of Selectmen:

2. ITEMS:

a.
Dukes County Sheriff RECC funding request for FY2020 and beyond.
Formula:  50% divided equally by town and 50% divided by use.

CCC - fee for large non-commercial events (100-250 people) tabled from last meeting

4. PUBLIC REQUESTS:

a.
Annual Variety Show.  No tickets.  Currently $50
b.
CCC - The Yard fee waiver request  tickets are $15.00 and $5.00 for children under 12Dance Hall event with the nationally recognized Brooklyn-based ethnic band, Red Baraat . RB is a South Asian, diasporic bhangra, horns (including the majesticsousaphone) and funk ensemble.

fee waiver request April 13 & 14   Open to Public with no charge.
