1. Approval of Minutes of the Board of Selectmen:

a.	Housing Committee - Nab's Corner subordination request
b.	Planning Board - Solar As-Of-Right Zoning warrant article for ATM
c.	Harbor - Commercial Fishermen's Slips
d.	MVC - Discretionary Referral of a DRI regarding traffic & public safety on State Road and town roads to/from Aquinnah destination. Possiblility of planning efforts with developer.

4. PUBLIC REQUESTS:

a.	Bus Turn Around - Planning Board, Master Plan Sub Committee, Conservation Commission, Recommendations, Brewster report, appendix B, site plan, letters to Selectmen
b.	CCC - MV Shellfish Group fundraising event fee waiver request

5. TOWN ADMINISTRATOR:

a.	Basin Road - Pedestrian walkway plan to ConCom
b.

6. DEPARTMENT REQUESTS:

a.	Harbor - declaring boat & 150 HP outboard motor, and 40 HP outboard motor surplus to department's needs. Available for other departments or agencies and then for public sale.
b.	Police - Possibility of reopening Police Labor Unit contract

7. CORRESPONDENCE:

a.	Letter to Steamship Authority regarding terminal COMCAST
b.	Town Administrator MCPPO certification
