Goat incident -  a continued need for a bylaw to empower the ACO
ANIMAL CONTROL (West Tisbury)  Whoever owns, keeps or boards animals such as, but not limited to cows, horses, oxen, pigs, llamas, sheep or goats shall provide and maintain adequate enclosures to keep the animals confined to the properties on which they belong.  If the animals(s) are found loose or stray by the Animal Control Officer, the owner or keeper of said animal(s) shall be considered in violation of this bylaw.  Whoever violates this bylaw shall be punished by a fine of $100.00 for the first offense, $200.00 for the second offense and $300.00 for the third and subsequent offenses.  Abstract  LANCASTER bylaw

BUILDING increase town fee for permits (gas, plumbing, electrical) from $30 to $50
