Notice is hereby given that the Chilmark Board of Selectmen will hold a Regular Meeting for the following purpose(s):
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER Conference Room 1, Town Hall
1. Conference Call with Financial Advisor, Treasurer & members of the FINCOM
Discussion on refunding the TOwn Hall, et al, bonds.
2. Joint Meeting with Molly Flender Affordable Housing Trust Fund
a. Request for $20,000 from the Trust for Legal expenses at Nab's Corner
b. Request for $100,000 from the Trust to fund Nab's Corner development costs
c. Plan for depositing the $25,000 Nab's Corner lease fees to the Trust
d. Plan for seeking additional development funding if needed
3. Appointment of Special Police Officer - former Traffic Officer Andrew Downs
