Meeting called to order at 8:30AM:
- Menemsha Master Plan Discussion: Review of Chilmark Master Plan, Menemsha Report, Part 2:
- Ms. Weidner briefly updated the other members on the latest revision and asked that the members review the report over the holiday week.
- Brief discussion occurred regarding the articles on the warrant. Ms. Weidner and Mr. Cook confirmed their attendance at the Special Town Meeting and Ms. Weidner stated that she would speak to the Menemsha articles if needed.
- Mr. Carroll arrived at meeting and gave a brief explanation of the warrant articles.
- Mr. Carroll described the next steps in the work on the Greenebaum/North Road area.
- The minutes for November 13, 2017 were reviewed and approved with changes.
