- Chairperson Goff called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Review of 2016 Farm Report
- Mr. Dix presented the 2016 farm report and updated the committee on the status of the farm.
- Brief discussion occurred.
- Mr. Dix paid $1 to Ben Clark for the annual lease.
2015 Minutes
- Mrs. Goff moved to approve the minutes as presented.
- Mr. Clark seconded the motion to approve the minutes as presented.
- All members voted aye
Lease Renewal
- Mr. Dix signed a three-year extension of the lease for North Tabor Farm Lot #2. Ben & Suzanne Clark had already signed the lease.
Road Association
- Mr. Clark informed the committee of the formation of a new road association.
Next Meeting
- Next meeting will be on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 @ 7:00PM
Meeting was adjourned at 7:08 PM.
