Meeting called to order at 4:36 PM
- FORM A, Hammett Hill Trust #2, Map 26, Lot 31.2 & 31.3 (November 22, 2016, 5PM is the expiration of 21 days):
- Discussion occurred regarding whether applicants for Form A ANR endorsements (that are part of parcels that were once large tracts of land) or applicants for definitive subdivisions can be asked to provide a youth lot as a part of the endorsement or approval of the plan.
- Brief discussion occurred.
- Further discussion occurred and the older Flanders 1977 and 1988 plans were reviewed (provided by Chris Alley).
- Mr. Alley showed the current Flanders plan (Hammett Hill Trust #2) and explained the purpose of the lot line change. The Form A lot line change is to adjust the lines to fit the house locations better. There will be no new lots created.
- Ms. Weidner made a motion to endorse the Form A plan. Mr. Posin seconded the motion. All ayes.
- Menemsha Master Plan Review & Update:
- Ms. Weidner gave a short description of the meeting today with the Menemsha residents and the Coast Guard chief officer.
- Ms. Weidner also noted that the subcommittee has submitted a letter to the BOS to provide an update at their meeting on the 15th.
- The correspondence was reviewed.

- The minutes for Oct. 24, 2016 were reviewed. The minutes were not approved.
