Meeting called to order at 8:30AM:
- Site Visit to Off-Site Parking Area on Tabor House Rd.
- Menemsha Master Planning at Town Hall (9:30AM):
- The members of the subcommittee reviewed the options for parking in town such as at the parcel near the Menemsha Inn.
- Ms. Malkin noted that the subcommittee should alert the BOS to the parking options.
- The subcommittee members reviewed the Map 27 and Map 27-1 lot owners and determined who should be sent a letter inviting them to the meeting of the subcommittee with the Menemsha Residents on November 14, 2016.
- The subcommittee reviewed the letter to Menemsha residents.
- The subcommittee reviewed the report to the Board of Selectmen and the list of items that the subcommittee recommends could be addressed by the Town before the 2017 season. The Board of Selectmen are to review the items for the warrant on November 15th.
- The subcommittee discussed the hiring of a consultant to look at the parking in Menemsha.
- Ms. Weidner made changes to the report to the Board of Selectmen as discussion progressed.
- The minutes from both subcommittee meetings on September 20th, 2016 were approved as written. The minutes from October 13, 2016 were approved as written. The minutes from Oct. 24, 2016 were approved with one change.
