Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, October 21, 2015 @ 7:00 PM

Not Present: Mitchell Posin, Bonnie & Sid Franks, Rebecca Miller, Rich Osnoss
- Chair Eisner called meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
- Mrs. Goff summarized the origin and organization of the North Tabor Farm lots.
Review of 2015 Farm Report
- Mr. Dix presented the 2015 farm report and updated the committee on the status of the farm and the various uses of the fields.
- Brief discussion occurred about the new turmeric growing progress and maintenance needs.
- Mr. Dix stated there would be no major changes to the farm plan for the next year.
- Mr. Clark complimented Mr. Dix on the exceptionally well-run farm. Mr. Clark also noted the covenants for the farm and surrounding lots are valuable and well written and have created a beautiful area for residents and farmers.
Payment of Leases
- Mr. Dix paid the lease payment to Mr. & Mrs. Clark ($1.00).
- Mr. Dix paid the lease payment for Mr. & Mrs. Franks ($1.00) to Mr. Clark who will give the payment to the Franks.
2014 Minutes
- Mr. Eisner noted Mr. Posin, in 2014, would have liked the Mr. Dix & Ms. Miller to note the use of organic products in the farm report. Mr. Dix stated he would be sure to do that in the future and would make an amendment to the 2015 farm report to reflect that information.
- Mrs. Goff moved to approve the minutes as presented.
- Mrs. Clark seconded the motion to approve the minutes as presented.
- All members voted aye
Next Meeting
- Next meeting will be on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 @ 7:00PM
